Q:Do I have to sign a waiver for my child to participate in the activities within the facility?

A:The only thing that a parent must sign is a waiver regarding our rock-climbing wall. Our first priority is children’s safety. At Puzzle’s Fun Dome we have hand picked our staff all of which have been highly trained to monitor our Inflatable Fun Zone and various other indoor activities. Our Inflatable Fun Zone always has attendants who ensure the utmost in safety for your child. We do not expect parents to operate the Inflatables, however we do require adult supervision.

Q:What about security, is my child safe in your facility?

A:Security is our concern as is yours. At Puzzle’s Fun Dome we try not to provide a false sense of security. Adult supervision is required at all times and we do not allow drop offs. We have taken measures to maintain a secure environment for you child. We only have one main entrance and exit. Installed throughout the building are 6 security cameras that are monitored during operating hours. In addition upon entering the facility every individual will receive a colored armband, which signifies his or her participation in a particular event.

Q:Can I bring in my own cake?

A:Sure. Cakes are welcome; please no other outside food or drinks.

Q:What do I do if other children show up to the party who are not invited?

A:We will take a guest list from the parent prior to the time of the event. The guest list will help your party run smoothly. It assists our staff with identifying the children who will be attending so that we may charge your bill appropriately.

Q:What if my guests arrive late…Are they still charged for admission?

A:Guests who arrive late will still be charged the general admission fee as they enter the building.

Q:Can I add food to my tab that day?

A:Yes and we hope you do. We have a kitchen with lots of fun food in our facility allowing us to provide you with the flexibility that birthday parties demand. Puzzle’s Pantry serves assorted candies, snack foods, and ice cream. Menus can be provided and you can order through your hostess. Advance notice is appreciated.

Q:What if I want to order drinks for the adults that come?

A:If you purchase a birthday package excludes Walk-In Party then you may purchase additional drinks for adults the day of the event through your hostess. We now sell pitchers for $5.00 or individual drinks for $2.00. Individual drinks are $.50 refills.

Q:Do you provide the candles, lighter and knife for the cake?

A:Yes the only thing that you will have to think about bringing is the cake. We will take care of the rest to make your day as carefree as possible.

Q:Can I bring decorations and paper supplies?

A:Yes. We will provide you with a party themed banner of your choice, as well as general paper supplies. You may bring in your own paper supplies if you would like a certain theme to match your banner and cake.

Q:What if I forgot my camera?

A:Forgot your camera, don’t worry we’ve got you covered. We sell disposable cameras at our front desk for only $6.50.

Q:Do I need to arrive early to my party?

A:Yes. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your party to go over the party plan with your hostess.

Q:Is the party only for 1  1/2 hours?

A:The party room itself if for 1 1/2 hours, but after the room time is expired your hostess will assist you in finding a table. After that you are welcome to stay as long as you like.

Q:How many kids can I have in my party?

A:Please check our birthday party packages page for guest limits. Extra children may be added to any of these packages, rates vary. Special accommodations can be made for groups of over 20 children and our larger mezzanine is available for an extra charge of $50.

Q:What if I do not know the exact number of children that will be at my party?

A:At Puzzle’s Fun Dome we pride ourselves on being flexible. We understand that you may not have an exact count of the children that will be attending. If you have more kids than expected your hostess will certainly be able to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that if you are expecting over 20 children we may need to make special accommodations.

Q:What if I have fewer children than the number designated in my package?

A:Our rates are based on these numbers and because we offer packages you will still be charged that rate even if you have less than the number of children allotted in a particular package.

Q:What if I do not want to purchase a package?

A:If you do not want to purchase the package you are welcome to come in General Admission or do a Walk-in Birthday Party. Entrants may bring in cake and decorations, please no other outside food or drink. We have plenty of seating around the facility and we welcome you anytime to come celebrate your special day.

Q:How does a Walk-In Party work?

A:With a Walk-In Party you will want to come with your group at once. The package can be purchased at the front desk upon arrival. This party does not include a hostess or a room rental, but is great for smaller parties and offers flexibility, as there is no reservation required.

Q:Can I reserve a table?

A:We do not reserve tables within the facility but we generally have seating available for those who do not prefer a party room rental.

Q:Can any child play Cosmic Hoops?

A:For your child’s safety we require that children be at least 44 inches tall to play in the Cosmic Hoops arena.

Q:Can any child participate in Rock Climbing?

A:Once again for safety of our patrons we require that children be at least 8 years old or weigh 75lbs. In addition parents must sign a waiver for their child to be able to partake in this activity. The waiver can be found on this website and is also available at our facility.
